Neuromuscular therapy and other associated techniques work to address a wide range of issues, such as recovery from automobile accidents, sports injuries, and workplace or home injuries. We can help reverse injuries caused by repetitive motion, poor posture, and poor lifting habits. Whether you're trying to heal or just want to relax, we can customize the treatment to address your needs.

Movies...with a spiritual or moral message are held the second Saturday of each month. Most are free!

an evening service to enhance your spiritual practice... includes readings from the major philosophies and chant-like or instrumental songs to calm your soul. Dates to be announced on the NEWS & EVENTS page.

Couples Massage Workshop...
learn to address tightness in the shoulders, neck and back... for those rough days between massage appointments. Help each other relax and recover from the stresses of life.

Walking Group... We became part of such an activity with friends in Australia and we aim to revive it again here. We'll meet at the Center then walk or drive to local sites of interest and explore the surrounding terrain. Monthly treks, rain or shine. Easy to moderate effort, 2 to 5 miles in length. More details forthcoming.

Classes & Workshops

"Becoming a Love & Logic Parent"

Acquire new parenting skills to raise responsible children - ones who are able to make positive choices and learn from "natural" consequences. As parents, you set the boundaries in a loving manner and learn techniques that can apply to nearly ANY age! You can even use the techniques at work.

Enjoy being a parent again! It's never too late to have fun with your kids.

Six-week classes, small group format, presented in multi-media (lecture, workbook, slides, movies), are offered several times throughout the year. Check schedule for the next session.

is a workshop series based on the book “The Artist’s Way” by Julia Cameron

Opening Up to Your Creative Life Through Guided and Open Discussions

Explore the creative possibilities within as we follow The Artist’s Way through morning pages, exercises, readings and discussions of challenges, break-throughs and enlighten-ment. You are invited to participate no matter what your artistic passion—known or unknown.

Books and materials available through local bookstores. Call the Facilitators for recent reading assignments and other workshop particulars. ALL creative souls are welcome.
